Our project offers free legal information and limited legal advice, mediation services and referrals to local social service agencies and housing navigation resources to Monroe County, Indiana residents facing eviction.
About EPP
The Eviction Prevention Project (EPP) provides information and navigation services. EPP is a solely grant-funded project and currently does not have the capacity to provide financial assistance or case management services and will refer you to existing local resources.
EPP’s Court-based services are provided through a collaboration between
CJAM – Community Justice & Mediation Center, Indiana Legal Services,
District 10 Pro Bono Project, and the Judges that preside over Monroe County small claims eviction and damages proceedings.
