The Eviction Prevention Project (EPP) provides information and navigation services. EPP is a solely grant-funded project and currently does not have the capacity to provide financial assistance or case management services and will refer you to existing local resources.
EPP’s Court-based services are provided through a collaboration between
CJAM – Community Justice & Mediation Center, Indiana Legal Services,
District 10 Pro Bono Project, and the Judges that preside over Monroe County small claims eviction and damages proceedings.
